Goliad Insurance Agency was started as a branch office for Brooke Insurance in 1985.
Carol Rains, Principal Agent, was born and raised in Goliad. She has been married for 26 years and has two sons. Carol went to work for Jerry in the insurance business in August 1988. She became his business partner in Goliad/Service Insurance Group in January 2004 and received her agent's license in June 2004. Carol manages the commercial lines department and works with personal lines.

Stephanie Harvey was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. She has been married for three years, and together have three sons and two daughters. Stephanie moved to Goliad in August 1996 and came to work for Jerry the same year. She received her ISR designation in April 2000. Stephanie manages the personal lines department.
