ARK-LA-TEX Insurance Agency (SIG Texarkana) was opened in January 2001 by Robert F. Knox. We take great pride in providing "excellent service that you can trust."
Robert F. Knox, Principal Agent, began his insurance career in 1987 with a direct writer and opened his independent agency in January 2001. While working as a direct writer he was an Agency Manager and had achieved all of the top sales awards during the 20 plus years he was employed. Bob spent 8 years with an international firm as a salesman prior to entering into the insurance industry. He is a graduate of Tarleton State University and has attained his LUTCF designation. Bob opened his office in Texarkana and has spent the last 15 years living and working in the Northeast Texas.
La Donna Knox, Bob's wife, is an active member of the agency as the agency accountant. La Donna received her degree in accounting from Texas A&M Texarkana.
Paula Hendrix has been with the agency for more than 8 years and is the lead CSR.
Paige Hackett joined the agency over 2 years ago and currently handles personal lines.
