SIG corporate strategy

The plan of SIG Insurance Services is to cultivate a network of insurance sales offices throughout Texas that provide personal, commercial, and life and health insurance products to customers in their communities.  The key objective of these offices is to be sales oriented, while maintaining excellent customer services through traditional and non-traditional methods.  To do this, SIG has identifies five steps that will insure success:

l Selection of producers;

l Selection of insurance markets;

l Selection of computerized technology;

l Development of streamlined daily insurance functions; and

l Development and utilization of a central operating unit.
