Carol Rains was born and raised in Goliad.  She has been married for 26 years and has two sons.  Carol went to work for Jerry in the insurance business in August 1988.  She became his business partner in Goliad/Service Insurance Group in January 2004 and received her agent's license in June 2004.  Carol manages the commercial lines department and works with personal lines.

Stephanie Harvey was born and raised in Beaumont, Texas.  She has been married for three years, and together have three sons and two daughters.  Stephanie moved to Goliad in August 1996 and came to work for Jerry the same year.  She received her ISR designation in April 2000.  Stephanie manages the personal lines department.

Priscilla Stephens was born in Pasadena, Texas.  She has been married to her husband Joseph for eleven years and has two daughters.  Priscilla moved to Goliad in August 2005 and came to work for Carol in January 2007.  She manages the accounting department and helps with personal lines.
